How can I edit a signature capture before saving it as a contact?

 When reviewing a signature, press "Problem?" in the upper right corner.

On the following screen, press "Something's incorrect".

Edit the incorrect information. You can even swipe to delete certain items.

Press "Save" in the upper right corner to save the changes.
