    Hi, sorry to hear that WebSync did not work. 
    I am trying to set Google Drive on my app, but in the setting menu I do not see BACKUP-RESTORE

    Under the INTEGRATIONS menu i only have 4 options, last one: Manual Transcripts

    Am I missing something?

    I don't know about the Android app, but the iOS app was updated yesterday to add iCloud support. You might want to make sure you have the most recent version of the app.

    I already checked that. I guess the Android update has NOT been released. 
    Will be checking. 

    Could you check if it is still to be released?

    My only concern s that WebSync will be gone in 3 days - hopefully the Android release will be ready before.

    I don't work for the company, so I can't tell you if the Android app is coming. In comparing release dates, the previous iOS app was released a month ago while the Android app was updated on Feb. 5, so it looks like the Android versions are released a few days after the iOS versions. From my understanding, you can still access your backups from WebSync after they shut down the service. I'm not sure.

    BTW, I just noticed that the paid version of the app hasn't been updated on iOS either, so there's that.

    My question is: Do we have to manually backup to iCloud or does the app automatically sync as well and the backup is just in case we want to restore it on a different iCloud account or whatever?
