If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, submit a ticket to Customer Support by doing the following:
- From CircleBack web, click on your email address in the upper right-hand corner and select "Help". This will open the support portal.
- Within the support portal, click the "New" button.
- Fill out the support ticket. Be sure to include the current email address of your account and the new email address you wish to use.
- Click Submit. This will log a ticket in the support system, so that our representatives can process your request.
