If you are not satisfied with the contact result after scanning any card, you may send the image and scanning results to us for analysis. To do so, follow the steps below:
- After you scan the card, you are taken to a screen displaying the scanning results. Scroll to the bottom and press the "Report Problem" button.
- An email will open with the card image attached and the contact details the app was able to parse from the card. Send in that email.
