If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, submit a ticket to Customer Support by doing the following:
- In the app, press the Settings icon.
- Within the Settings menu, tap "Contact Support".
- Press "Send Feedback". This will open an email pre-addressed to CircleBack support.
- In the content of the email, state the current email address of your account and the new email address you wish to use.
- Send the email. This will log a ticket in the support system, so that our representatives can process your request.
