How can we share a backup file, for troubleshooting purposes?

At times we will be needing the nature of your contacts which is causing sudden issues within your CleanUpDupes app (ie: app crash, merging issues and etc). So for that, we may request you to send your backup of the application so that we may proceed further and provide you an optimum resolution on it.

- Open CleanUpDupes app and then tap on Backup.

- On the next screen press on the Pencil icon on the top right corner.

- Select the desired backup file and then tap on the share icon at the right-hand side top corner.

- On the next screen, tap on Send (right-hand side top corner), and once we will receive that we will be able to work on your reported concerns or issues.
