Yes, you can. You can change your Salesforce settings manually. Please follow the below-mentioned instruction set:
- Open Circleback application.
- Tap on Settings at the left-hand side top corner gear icon.
- On the next screen, please tap on Manage CRM Accounts and then tap on Salesforce.
From here, you can :
i) Set your exporting preferences as Lead or Contact.
ii) Turn on/off the prompt for object type while exporting a contact.
iii) Logout/login within your Salesforce account.
