Here’s how to connect email accounts for signature capture in CircleBack:
1) Tap the “Signatures” circle on your CircleBack dashboard
2) If you have no previously connected an account, you will see the following screen:
3) Tap the “Connect your email” button
4) Enter the email address you wish to connect and press “Next”. CircleBack will identify your email provider and you will then be prompted to sign into that account. Once you have signed in, press Next, and your account will be connected.
Once your account is connected, CircleBack will scan any available emails from the past 30 days to look for signatures. Additionally, on an ongoing basis, CircleBack will scan for signatures in any new emails you receive -- and if found, will be suggested as new contacts in the CircleBack app.
To review your captured signatures, press the Email Signatures circle on your CircleBack dashboard. By default, the list will show signatures captures from all connected accounts (Gmail, Exchange, and Office 365). You can tap the All Signatures drop-down at the top of the screen to filter the list by each connected email account.
If you ever need to connect additional accounts, press the settings icon in the upper left corner, press “Manage Networks”, and press “Connect Your Email”.
