How to Resolve the “This app is blocked” Issue ?

Follow the steps below to connect your Google Workspace account using the OAuth method and resolve the “This app is blocked” issue.
 

Step-1: Login to your Google Workspace Admin console.

Step-2: Access Admin console: In your Google Workspace Admin console, navigate to

 "Security" > "Access and data control" > "API Controls" > MANAGE APP ACCESS. 

Step-3: Next, click on Configure new app.

Step-4: On the next screen, please search the app with the name “CircleBack”. The list of all the apps will appear. Select only “CircleBack” for both iOS and Android.
 

Step-5: Next, select the organization from the Scope. Select the first option to configure it for all the users in the current organization or select the second option to configure it for any other organization. Click Continue.

Step-6: Lastly click on Trusted from the “Access to Google Data” and then click on Finish and that's it, you are all set now!
