How to share a group with the CircleBack user?

- Open CircleBack app and then tap on My Groups.

- On the next screen please tap on the arrow icon in front of the desired group which you’re looking for sharing.

- On the next screen please tap on the options button (right bottom) and then tap on Group Settings.

- On the next screen tap on the Add members.

 

- On the next screen tap on the Add recipients and then type in the CircleBack’s user registered email address to whom you would like to share the CircleBack contact Group.

- Now tap on Add Email and that’s it, once we hit the Add email from the source account the Group will start appearing to the recipients CircleBack app within My Groups.

Important Note: The recipients should be registered CircleBack app users. Group sharing feature works from end to end CircleBack app user sets only.
